High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)/Boot Camp:

  Mon to Thurs evenings @ 17h00 – on the field

HIIT Online:

  Mon, Tues and Thurs @ 06h00

  Wed @ 08h30

  Friday combo @ 08h30: HIIT followed by Power Yoga Fusion tag-on 

Sculpt & Tone (Pilates-based):

  Tues & Thurs @ 07h00
